The After Math Of Being A Rape Victim....

First Stage : being scared , fearful  and  anxious...
When you first encounter it females , males , kids , elderly all have the same effect tears ... anger ,shame and fear that it will happen again . Your mind is racing at the same time you tell yourself that it never happen when it did . A non stop video in you head repeating over and over again. You want to cry to some one but ever since that  happened no one was there for you , all alone . What could you do but feel guilty and cry , you can't turn to nobody you trust people . Youyou become less involve in the things you love doing ..When you turn to the closest people you know for comfort you become aware,when you see if go to a group therapy you will learn it can happen to anyone at any given time . The best advice that will help you to move on and become stronger form this is supported.Havinf someone tell you I'm here to protect you ,tell you how strong of a person you are from this experience.
And most important thing of them all gaining back your independence.If you tell your self your strong and powerful and will over come any obstacle that come your way you will become a better person. Recovery takes time not gonna be a walk in the park you have to be strong and ready...
