when you get bad news....

when you get bad news it's like your whole world comes to a complete stop...
you start to cry ...you can't hold them back
the worst part is not having someone to turn to , or having a shoulder to cry on .
the worst are having one of your love ones pass way , or getting the news that your health is at risk ....
it's  feels nice too have comfort but you won't get that in school or in public places . Keeping it to your self is like a heavy wet blanket on you . something that is bring you down . I recommend just typing , just keep writing the feeling of relief will soon come to you .
Breathe in and out and you mind will settle , if you keep crying your eyes will start to twitch and will get a attention headache..
Reality doesn't feel real to you any more but what could you do
Smile ?
Laugh ?
Smoke ?
Drink? .....that sounds nice right about now but the main thing is stay positive
, smoking and drinking won't help , if you have some one to talk to tell them what's wrong , if your like me keep writing and things will hopefully get better .
